Season 2, Episode 4

[DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS]
What I find most fascinating about today’s question is that historically it used to be the only question we had to answer. Now, it’s something that’s almost an afterthought to our day.
To help us answer this burning question I speak with Emily Rampton. Emily is the creator of the colorful meal planning and recipe inspiration blog, Rainbow Delicious. Every Monday she shares free weekly and seasonal menus inspired by the rainbow with links to recipes from other food bloggers as well as original recipes and a free printable grocery shopping list. It is her mission to make answering the question "what's for dinner?" more manageable, fun and delicious.
Topics we cover:
- Why you’re at risk if you’re not meal planning
- Simple ways to plan out your food for the week
- Tips for engaging your kids and expanding their palates

I'd like to leave you with this: food is many things. It's the the building blocks for our body as well as our emotional well being. It connects us as a community and can be a portal to better understanding our ecosystem. But the thing is we have to give it space and time to be in our lives in a way that nourishes us. Let's all agree to make an effort, to recognize the power of food and honor it in our lives.

Until next time...I'm Rachel Maskell and this is the #mumboss podcast.
